Entrant RequirementsOpen to all Malaysian citizens with a valid National Registration Identity Card

Country of residence: Malaysia;

In the event that an entrant is younger than 18 years of age at the date of participation, the entrant is required to obtain written consent from his/her parent/guardian before joining this Contest and upon request by the Organiser will be required to present the same

Excluded EntrantsAny of the following:

  • Agents, distributors, advertising agencies and other organisations commercially connected to the Organiser and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives;
  • Employees and directors of the Organiser, including their families and co-habitors;
Terms & ConditionsTo successfully enter the Giveaway, the entrants must:

  1. Spend minimum of RM100 to be in the running for the giveaway
  2. Participants must be complete registered as a member of the Phobulous Club (Super Saigon Loyalty Program). Complete registration can be made here . Any incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  3. The entry for the Giveaway contest will be applicable for all Super Saigon outlets (except for Main Place Mall).
  4. Applicable for purchased in store and takeaway from Super Saigon outlets. Not applicable for online order
  5. Giveaway Contest will run from 16th January 2023 until 16th March 2023
  6. Super Saigon Café Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the Giveaway Period at any time.
  7. For every RM100 and above spent at Super Saigon outlets, participants are entitled to ONE (1) entry in a single receipt and automatically will be in the running for the Giveaway prizes.
  8. Multiple entries are permitted, however, each participant may only win ONE (1) prize.
  9. All prize are not exchangeable for cash
  10. Super Saigon Café Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion at its discretion without any prior notice

For Travel Voucher:

  • Redemption period: 6 months from date of issue.
  • Redemption is subject to surcharge during peak seasons
  • Reservations are subject to availability
  • Subject to taxes wherever applicable.
  • Validity of the Travel Voucher cannot be extended.
  • Original copy of the Travel Voucher must be presented at the point of redemption.
  • Must be redeemed (01) month prior to the desired travel date.
  • The holder will bear the cost difference should the amount redeemed exceeds the amount stated.
  • No refund will be entertained if the holder did not managed to fully utilised the Travel Voucher amount.
  • Redemption must be performed in a one-off transaction.
  • Not applicable for online booking, black out period or promotional period.
  • No claims of any nature can be made against the organisers or Holiday Tours and its suppliers.

Opening/Closing Date Opening Date: 16th  January 2023;

Notification of Winning and Claiming PrizesNotification of winning:

  • Method – The winners will be announced at @super.saigon Instagram page
  • Timing – Within a minimum of 4-6 weeks of the Closing Date;

Claiming Prizes:

  • Method –
    a. . The winners have to collect at any of Super Saigon outlet

b. The winner of the Grand Prize shall be required to contact the Travel Agency via WhatsApp or call for the trip arrangement

 

RM10 discount voucher for next visit will be given for all entrants

Spending Required
  • Minimum RM100 in a single receipt
  • Combine receipt is not allow
